As you may already know, Google use human evaluators to evalluate search engine results. There are two companies that hire contracros for Google
1- Leapforce (This company has a good reputation and always pay contractors on time)
2- Lionbridge (This company will pay you for couple months and then terimnate you. After you get terminated, they will never pay you for the prior months)
Both companies use the same exam admistered by Google. They will give you one week to study the guidelines and take the exam. The guideline they will send you during the exam called the general guidelines which is the first file in the list of files below.
